GDSConnect™ allows travel agents to book car service in as little as 20 seconds using a simple point-and-click graphical interface. GDSConnect™ integrates car service booking with the GDS itinerary at point-of-sale, elimination the need for phone calls. The confirmed ground service booking includes the confirmation number, rate, airport meeting instructions and pick-up time (including charge and cancellation policies), all of which is written back to the PNR and available to the passenger when they view their itinerary. If the agent cancels the booking, GDSConnect™ writes the cancellation number back into the PNR ensuring a complete audit trail throughout the entire process.
